Who can advertise on ThisProperty®?

ThisProperty® does not limit its service to just owners or just real estate agents. It can be used by anyone involved in the sale or lease of real estate.

I manage a large facility; can I place one ad to advertise all my available spaces, suites, or apartments?

Yes. Whether you have a large office, retail, commercial, or apartment facility you can place one ad to advertise the many different spaces available in your facility. As spaces leaseup and new spaces become available you can keep your available spaces shown in "real time" by editing your ad accordingly.

I have a subdivision; can I place one ad to advertise all my lots?

Yes. You can advertise the entire subdivision with one ad. As parcels sell you can keep your ad in "real time" by marking parcels when they sell as "SOLD".

Can my ad include a link to my website?

Yes. When building your ad enter your www.websiteaddress. It will show as a hyperlink in your advertisement.

Do you have discounted fees for multiple properties?

How do potential buyers or tenants find my ad?

ThisProperty® feeds directly to the major search engines of the web and since 2001 has rapidly increased its advertising budget year over year. Are photos or images required?

No. Pictures or images are not required for your advertisement. You may pass through this page during your order process. However, images do help sell or lease your space. You can always change your mind and add or change pictures within your ad at a later time.

Is it difficult to include photos or images in my ad?

No. It is easy to upload up to three pictures/images to be displayed with your property advertisement.  Our system accepts and automatically sizes the .jpg and .gif picture formats. In addition to pictures, it may be advantageous to upload a plat map, floor plan, or aerial view of your property.

If you do not have access to a digital camera for this purpose, and do not wish to rent one, you can have original photographs scanned to a ".jpg" format at a Kinko's or similar copy facility in your area.  Or you may place your ad through our web site, skipping the "Upload Picture" area, and mail your pictures or brochure to us.  We will scan them and include them in your ad at no additional fee.  Mail your images to:  ThisProperty,  N1434 Highgreen Ct., Greenville, WI 54942.    Please include up to three images of your property, your name, ad number and telephone number.  Also, provide a self addressed, stamped envelope if you would like your pictures to be returned.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles that may be forwarded to us.

Can I edit and completly manage my ad easily?

Yes. You can easily edit, activate, deactivate and fully manage your ad in real time through the easy to use interface.

Can my ad be held in my interface to allow me to edit and activate it for future vacancies?

Yes. Your deactivated ad will hold for future use. When you again have vacancy, rather than build a new ad you may simply edit your old ad to fit your new vacancy.

Does ThisProperty® offer secure online ordering?

Yes. We use VeriSign® to collect and process your credit card information that is encrypted for your protection. You must use a security-enabled browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.1 or greater, or Netscape Navigator version 2.0 or greater) to utilize the SSL (Secured Socket Layer) feature.

Will ThisProperty® ever charge my credit card after my initial listing purchase?

No. ThisProperty® will never charge your credit card without your explicit permission. All our fees are one time fees. Your credit card will only be charged when when you purchase a new listing or return to extend a listing.

Can I be invoiced and pay with a check or give my credit card over the telephone?

Yes.  Telephone a representative and we can activate your ad immediately and get an invoice to you or pay with your credit card over the telephone. Mail payments to: ThisProperty, N1434 Highgreen Ct., Greenville, WI 54942, please include your ad number.

When will my ad publish to your web site?

Instantly.  After checkout your ad will immediately activate. You can switch your ad offline to online with a click of your mouse.

Are you a broker and will I owe a commission? 

No.  There are no hidden fees or commissions due for our service. Compare us to classified advertising.

There are no listings for my state, am I still able to list my property?

Yes.  When you list your property it will be instantly searchable in your state.  We provide our services throughout the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We only collect sales tax on orders that inlude signs that are shipped to Wisconsin. Five percent (5%) sales tax will be added to the sign portion of all orders shipped to Wisconsin. The Web Presence portion is non taxable.
