This facility is available for sale or lease. The site is approx. five (5) acres with frontage of 334' along Hwy. 54. An additional four acres is optional. The site is landscaped and contains a large graveled parking lot-driveway. There is a large outside loading platform at dock height. There is one 35'x16' bi-fold overhead door. Although partially insulated, the building is not heated and is serviced by a 200 amp. electric service.
